Last week a new sushi-shop opened up 100 meters down the road from where I live. So since I couldn't find anything interesting in the fridge today, I decided to check it out.
Here's a look at their (norwegian) menu. Crappy site really, but at least it has a menu and some pictures.
I went for "Sushi Medium 10 biter", which as you may guess means "a medium sushi menu w/10 pieces". For €10 that's not too bad, and I wasn't really expecting much either.
The sushi was actually pretty nice, but the maki could have been better.
So... It wasn't the best sushi I've ever had, but I guess it was OK. The wasabi could have been better, and next time I'll ask for the sashimi sauce instead of the soya-sauce, as the soya-sauce was a bit plain.
However, I now have a sushi-shop 100 meters down the road if I should ever want some, and that's alot better than before.
